ABOUT MARK KEARNS

Originally from the suburbs of Chicago, my interest in art and being creative started at an early age.  My mom was a retired art teacher and my older brother Chris was into photography and had built a darkroom in our basement. I was fascinated with the process of developing film and would always watch my brother create photographs, sparking my interest in photography. Later down the road Chris would eventually teach me how to frame and mat photos and artwork.  After learning this amazing craft I had friends giving me their prints and memorabilia to create something special for them. I feel I’m ready to share my art and creativity with people who have the same appreciation for art and those open to new ideas and concepts.
